Reconnect with with the natural world and your inner wisdom and beauty. Enliven your senses with the taste, touch and smell other cultures. Communicate and learn from people in other cutures. Our yoga adventures include twice daily yoga and time to be still and reflect. They are "slow travel" at its best. They may also include creative art, music, and movement experiences, cooking classes, trekking, diving, snorkeling, exploration of ancient temples and participation in local cultural festivals.
Yoga is taught by registered yoga teachers with the Yoga Alliance and open towards all levels of experience. Individuals of any age and body type can enjoy yoga. Modifications can be made for injuries and health issues.
Some of our yoga adventures involve the opportunity to participate in a carefully chosen voluntourism experience. Voluntourism is the combination of volunteering and travel. Yoga practitioners recognize volunteering as selfless service or Karma Yoga.
